About Your Coach

I am a qualified professional coach (Level 5) and transformational coach (Level 2) with an MSc.

I have coached senior leaders in local education authorities, and used my coaching skills whilst working as a government Department for Education regional adviser through the National Strategies to bring about transformational change at local authority and school level.

My clients also include university staff, business owners, solicitors, and diverse entrepreneurs, from music producers to digital service providers breaking free from the 9-to-5 grind.

I first learnt how to coach in 2005 when I gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education Leadership Development and Consultancy at the Institute of Education, UCL, London.

Since then, I have been passionate about helping people overcome personal and professional challenges. With 30 years of experience including senior leadership and consultancy, I bring professionalism and radical candour to my coaching.
