About Your Coach

I am a Level 5 Professional Coach with Distinction and a Level 2 Transformational Coach and an MSc.

I have coached senior leaders in local education authorities whilst working as a Department for Education regional adviser through The National Strategies - a Government initiative to bring about transformational change. My region consisted of 33 local authorities in London. 

As a local authority school improvement consultant I developed school leaders and teachers across 14 schools.

I first learnt how to coach in 2005 when I gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education Leadership Development and Consultancy at the Institute of Education, UCL, London.

Since then, I have been passionate about helping people overcome professional and personal challenges. 

With 30 years of experience including teaching, senior leadership and freelance consultancy, I bring professionalism and radical candour to my coaching.

My clients include MAT CEOs, university and school leaders, business owners, digital service providers and a range of diverse entrepreneurs.
